Jennifer Connelly

 Jennifer Lynn Connelly (born December 12th in 1970) is an American actress. Her career began as a model for children before making her acting debut in the 1984 crime film Once Upon a Time in America. After modeling for many years, she chose to pursue acting and was in several films like the film of horror Phenomena (1985), Labyrinth (1986) and Career Opportunities (1991) and The Rocketeer (1991). Her work was praised for her role in the science fiction film Dark City (1998) and playing a drug addict in the drama film by Darren Aronofsky Requiem for a Dream (2000).In 2002, Connelly won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance as Alicia Nash in Ron Howard's biopic A Beautiful Mind (2001). The films she has since appeared in include the action film Hulk (2003), the horror film Dark Water (2005), the psychological drama Little Children (2006), the drama film Blood Diamond (2006), the science fiction film The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008) and the romantic comedy Not That You (2009), the romantic comedy He's Just Not That Into You (2009) and the biopic Creation (2009). She was a supporting character in the biblical epic film of Aronofsky Noah (2014), as also the roles in Top Gun: Maverick (2022) and Alita Battle Angel (1914). Since 2020, she has played in the TNT dystopian series Snowpiercer.Connelly was appointed Amnesty International Ambassador for Human Rights Education in 2005. She has been the face of Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton fashion advertisements, as well as for Revlon cosmetics. She was the company's first worldwide model in the year 2012. Magazines, including Time, Vanity Fair, and Esquire, as well as the Los Angeles Times newspaper, include
