Kuro Sakuragawa

 As a young man living in the traditional Japanese family home, along together with the rest of his family. When he was having dinner in the company of his friends, he observed that his cousins and siblings appeared to have collapsed and then died in a matter of minutes. His mother revealed to him that the food he was given was Ningyo as well as Kudan meats in order to fulfill the Sakuragawa family's mission to create an individual who could forecast the future. His mother tried to test the meat's efficacy by cutting open his head to determine whether there was any discomfort. The cousin Rikka was the only one who survived. He also discovered an accomplice, Saki Yumihara. Later in the same year, he attended the same school. He stayed with Rikka at H-university, which was where he was a second year student as well as an undergraduate in the law school. Saki uncovers his true identity when they meet a kappa when going to the shrine. The kappa flees in terror. Saki decides to end their relationship and relocate to a different city in order to get a job immediately after she graduates.
