Jagaciak started her modeling career in 2007 after she was urged to take part in an open casting held by GAGA Models Agency in a shopping mall in Poland. She was then picked up by IMG who signed her and in July 2007 she appeared on the cover of French Jalouse. Her biggest breakthrough came at the age of 13 when Jagaciak was, along with Daria Werbowy for Hermes the campaign for their Fall/Winter 2007 campaign, beat 600 other hopefuls. Jagaciak stated in a later interview that prior to the campaign she had never had heard of Hermes or heard of the photographer of the shoot Peter Lindbergh "I believe that not knowing was a big help in keeping me calm" she explained. Even though her images riled some critics, who were dissatisfied with the notion of sexualizing girls at such an early age. Jagaciak was soon traveling to other countries for work. In 2008, she visited Japan and was featured on Elle's cover. She was featured on French Jalouse's cover a second time in the month of May. In October 2008 Jagaciak was also featured on covers for Japanese Harper's Bazaar and Japanese Spur. Jagaciak was set to be on the cover of Australian Vogue but the editor decided she was too old, and she was forced to sit out fashion shows due to the age restrictions.
