Friendship

Friendship is a relationship between people that is characterized by mutual affection between people. [1] Friendship is stronger than "acquaintance" as well as "association" such as a classmate or neighbor or coworker.n some societies, the concept of friendship is limited to a few extremely deep bonds; however, in others, such as the U.S. and Canada, people can have many friends, plus perhaps an even more intimate relationship with a couple of peoplewho are described as best or good friends. A more common name is besties or Best Friends Forever (BFFs). Although there are many forms of friendship, some of that may differ from one region to region Certain characteristics are evident in all of these bonds. Such features include choosing to spend time with one another, enjoying time spent together and being able to engage in a positive and supporting role towards one another.Sometimes friends are distinct from family members, like the phrase "friends and family", and sometimes in relation to the term "lovers" (e.g., "lovers and friends") but the line is blurred with friends with benefits. The friend zone is a place where someone is restricted from being elevated to the status of a lover (see also Unrequited love).
