Angelina Jolie

 Angelina Jolie[4 DCMG (/dZoU'li:(born Angelina Jolie Voight;[5] June 4, 1975) is an American actor, film maker human rights activist, and former Special Envoy for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. She has won numerous awards including three Golden Globe Awards and an Academy Award.

Jolie was a young girl when she appeared on the screen with her father Jon Voight in Lookin' to Get Out (1982). The film career of Jolie began a decade later in Cyborg 2 (1993), and was followed by Hackers (1995) which was her first major role. Jolie was the main character in biographical cable movies George Wallace (1997), Gia (1998) and was awarded an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Girl, Interrupted (1999). Her leading role as the titular video game heroine in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001) established her as a prominent Hollywood actress. Her action-star career continued with Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005) and Wanted (2008). Salt (2010) and The Tourist (2010). Her work received critical acclaim as well as nominations for her roles in the dramas A Mighty Heart (2007), Changeling (2008) and Salt (2010). Her most commercially successful performance came with the fantasy picture Maleficent (2014) and she was also in the sequel, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (2019). Since 2008, her voice roles have been on animated shows such as Kung Fu Panda. Jolie has written and directed numerous war-themed dramas, including Unbroken (2014) as well as In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011). Jolie played Thena in Marvel Cinematic Universe's superhero film Eternals in 2021.
