Alisha Boe

 Boe was born in Oslo (Norway) to her Somali father, and an Norwegian mother (from Trondheim). Alisha, seven years old was moved with her mother to Los Angeles after her mother divorced. [3] Boe was a student at El Camino Real High School. She was active in drama. She pursued acting after her graduation. In 2008, she was the first Somalian actor to take on an important role in an American movie. The role she played was of Lisa Swan, a young Lisa Swan, in Amusement. The actress also appeared in the movie He's on My Mind as well as the Horror film Paranormal Activity four years later. She appeared as a guest in two episodes of Extant and Modern Family in 2014. In November 2014, she joined the cast of NBC's soap opera Days of Our Lives in the character of Daphne. She played the role of Jessica Davis on the Netflix original drama 13 Reasons Why from 2017 to 2020. The series premiered in January of 2021. Boe was added to the Jesse Eisenberg's feature-film directorial debut When You Finish Saving the World.
